What we tell ourselves dictate our lives

What we tell ourselves either consciously or unconsciously dictate our lives.

There are things we can and can't control. Like Covid, we can't control that. We are too powerless as individuals to impact the spread of the disease, but if everyone stays vigilant, then as a community we can control as much as we can.

But one thing we can definitely control is how we respond to the things we can't control. Also, we can control what we think, how we feel, our decisions and actions. We can expand and deepen our perception. We can widen the limits of our perceptive field.

Our unconscious limiting beliefs bind us to where we are. To break free of this bind, we need to let go of this bind, the desire of insistence of having this bind.

We insist on having these rules and binds in order to prevent possible fallout, pain and suffering which means it is not the pain or suffering itself but the fear of possible suffering is what really binds us subconsciously.

To break free, you need to understand and accept the reality in which you are in. True understanding of the unfiltered and natural truth will allow you to see what is going on. Seeing the truth already pokes enough holes in the darkness of the fear. You don't need courage to beat fear. You need to understand the true origin of the fear. Once you truly grasp what's going on then you will have open moment where you can allow fear to be dissolved.

This is why what we tell ourselves either consciously or subconsciously is really powerful. In fact, what we are telling ourselves is what is driving our lives.

You have everything you need to make your own future if you finally grabs the driving wheel instead of letting your subconscious mind drive the car for you.

These are two different modes of living. Well I wouldn't really call the latter as living. True living is acting on free will. Passenger seat living is not really living. You are just passing time until your physical death. You are a prisoner. You have no freedom, no free will.

If you can understand this and live in the driver's seat, that's what we call an enlightened person: a person who has woken up to the naked reality.

So, start being mindful and aware of what you tell yourself consciously, subconsciously, or unconsciously to break free of all of your learned bindings and limiting beliefs. Everything you want to happen in your life is usually beyond your fears and limits.
